Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of technicians to implement mechanical repair and maintenance works, ensuring constant plant availability in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Contribute to the development of the annual operating budget for the section to achieve operational targets.
- Manage the site computerized maintenance system, ensuring data accuracy and providing reports for maintenance decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Good knowledge of Reliability Centre Maintenance (RCM).
- Effective root cause analysis and providing relevant CAPA to prevent recurrence.
- Basic awareness of industrial standards.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
