Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, prioritization, and embedding of high-value Medical Affairs initiatives to strengthen regional performance.

  • Own the regional Medical performance agenda, including KPI stewardship and generating performance narratives for evidence-based decision-making.

  • Translate emerging technologies into high-value Medical use cases to enhance insight generation and operational productivity.
  • Partner with Global Medical Capabilities to design capability-building programs and training curricula for Medical teams.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive measurable enterprise performance improvements within a Medical Affairs context.
  • Strong background in strategic planning and operational excellence across international scopes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex change management initiatives and process harmonization.
  • Experience in establishing robust governance mechanisms for medical activities, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
  • Ability to drive adoption of technology (digital, data, analytics) to materially improve planning and execution.
  • Experience in translating high-level strategy into tactical, executable programs.
