Key Responsibilities
- Own all technical issues relating to the product/process, including product and process yield rates.

- Implement New Product Introductions (NPIs), new coating, and welding processes into production.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve equipment utilization, labor efficiency, and reduce operating costs through Lean initiatives.
- Conduct Risk Assessments and ensure processes comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety Regulations and Policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production background is beneficial.
- Strong operational and engineering skills with high maturity and competency in achieving KPIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing processes on the shop floor.
- Demonstrated ability to apply technical experience and analytical thinking to solve complicated manufacturing problems.
- Ability to act as a resource and mentor for less experienced colleagues.
