Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of several clients, reporting to Managers and above.
- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients, including private equity investors & corporate C-suite.
- Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research opportunities for new/existing clients.
- Handle roles ranging from pre-deal due diligence and value creation lever assessment to post-deal execution.
- Support complex divestitures and separations across functional areas such as IT, Operations, and Human Capital.
- Conduct pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence on operational aspects of a transaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university.
- 2-5 years of experience in M&A or Divestitures.
- Experience with pre-deal due diligence, integration planning, and separation planning.
- Proven ability to quickly assess business performance and outline improvement opportunities with limited information.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of financial results.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including storytelling ability.
