Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day running and monitoring of firm-wide AML/KYC and Sanction screening activities.
- Respond to compliance queries and provide assessments for the clearance of Partners responsible for AML matters.
- Ensure key controls are performed and reviewed within the compliance framework.
- Support testing and roll-out of updates to the Global KYC tool.
- Support the Compliance Unit in assessing and implementing requirements within Ethics & Compliance standards (AML, Sanctions, Information Protection, etc.).
- Plan and conduct compliance testing with various functional groups within the firm, including interviewing staff grade managers.
- Manage support from overseas service delivery centers and Centers of Excellence.
- Support internal X-LoS review programs, such as performing AML reviews and coordinating the review process.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of working experience in auditing.
- Proven experience managing small audit or working teams.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal functional roles.
- Good project management skills.
- Willingness to learn and deliver timely, quality results to internal stakeholders.
- Excellent team player attitude.
