Key Responsibilities
- Manage target accounts to increase share of wallet for all Schneider Electric offers and solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and other M&E partners to identify opportunities and prescribe Schneider solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, and operations) and cross-BU sales teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
- +5-8 years Proven experience managing cloud service provider & Telco communication customers or DC Ecosystem players (Consultants and Enterprise).
- Proven track record in meeting individual quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills working with cross-BU sales team and functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
