Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and career development support.

  • Monitor NPI KPIs (yield, scrap, OEE, cycle time) and implement improvement plans to meet launch targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Microelectronic or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in NPI/industrialization/manufacturing engineering.
  • Proven experience leading small engineering teams or project groups.
  • Strong background in industrialization and process validation.
  • Proficiency in PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP/PPAP, DOE, SPC, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience in product certification and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with PLM (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter) and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
