Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and career development support.

- Drive cost reduction initiatives by identifying alternate materials or components while safeguarding product performance and reliability.
- Monitor NPI KPIs (yield, scrap, OEE, cycle time) and implement improvement plans to meet launch targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Microelectronic or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in NPI/industrialization/manufacturing engineering.
- Proven experience leading small engineering teams or project groups.
- Strong background in industrialization and process validation.
- Proficiency in PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP/PPAP, DOE, SPC, and statistical analysis.
- Experience in product certification and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with PLM (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter) and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
