Key Responsibilities
- Drive/Manage program schedule development and execute tactical plans to support Product Development

- Drive schedule readiness for engineering test solutions to support 1st Si bring-up activities

Requirements
- Experience and effective in Project Management and Program Management
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective management of revision control and change processes
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling program
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, adept at adapting to frequent changes and accommodating last-minute requests
- General knowledge in IC technologies, fabrication, customer process and application
- General understanding of all phases of manufacturing / operations
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Independent, resourceful and proactive
- Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering, preferably with >7years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Formal project management education, PMP / Scrum Master
