Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage non-coin product initiatives (collectibles, lifestyle products) from concept to launch.
- Translate ideas into feasible product concepts, specifications, timelines, and cost structures.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform product concepts and positioning.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Arts, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in product development, programme management, merchandising, or consumer product management.
- Strong product development and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Good analytical skills, including basic costing and margin awareness.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
