Key Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce tendering framework with guidelines to track key tender bid processes, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop costing tables and conduct analysis on the financial aspects and impact of the bid.
- Collate and compile costing from various internal and external parties or other business units.

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Good knowledge of finance, including ability to develop financial projections and simulations.
- Familiarity with advanced sales and tendering techniques.
- Good knowledge of various contract terms and conditions used in the Singapore building construction sector.
- Process-oriented and meticulous attention to detail in work.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience working in a cross-cultural and cross-entity environment.
