  • Proven experience in product/project development across various methodologies, with a focus on iterative/agile approaches
  • 5+ years of proven experience in managing and coaching staff
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve effective outcomes in a multidiscipline, multi-culture environment
  • Experience with Safety, Security, and Human Factors standards and practices
  • Ability to develop and promote high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders with diverse objectives
