Key Responsibilities
- Collect tools/items from store and retrieve/return calibration due tools from and to cells
- Process and inspect tools in the incoming Kanban
- Perform calibration of in-house fixtures and gauges using manual method or CMM
- Inspect new tools for acceptance based on inspection reports and issue new tools to process owners
- Perform total preventive maintenance on machines as required
- Maintain reference equipment calibration per ISO17025 requirements
- Perform tool repair on out-of-dimension tools
- Troubleshoot and repair damaged or nonfunctional tools
- Replace standard parts on damaged or nonfunctional tools
- Perform modification works or simple tool fabrication as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Precision Machining, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in tools repair or calibration
- Ability to read technical drawings to perform calibration
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime as needed
