Key Responsibilities
- Carry out disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, and testing of aero engine components and modules.
- Perform work in accordance with approved technical procedures and company standards (EASA/CAAS Part 145 or equivalent).
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery used in engine servicing and component repair.
- Operate CNC machines, furnaces, automated robots and process lines.
- Work in a cleanroom environment, operating a variety of machines such as bonders, NDT (X-ray, FPI, UT) processes and etching lines.
- Work in accordance with technique sheets and quality procedures.
- Implement improvement initiatives, up keeping of 5S activities and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of NITEC or Diploma in an engineering related field.
- This role is open to recent graduates with no work experience.
- Able to interpret and read 3D feature drawings.
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts and overtime if required, inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
