Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery (OTD) process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance at every stage.
- Execute slotting activities for both system and retrofit orders.
- Ensure booking and revenue entries are complete, accurate, and valid across all reporting cycles.
- Ensure sales order processing adheres to corporate policies and secure necessary approvals based on business dynamics.
- Liaise with the GTC team to guarantee all shipments meet trade compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the FSSS team on Letter of Credit (LC) verification and processing.
- Analyze and run Sales AFO reports to support multiple ASM entities.
- Support the Finance team during external audits by maintaining accurate transactional records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in revenue, order management, sales operations, or similar roles.
- Experience within a semiconductor equipment or high-tech equipment manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash or order-to-delivery processes.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with SAP S/4 Hana ERP systems, Salesforce forecasting system, and/or reporting tools like Incorta.
- Clear and professional communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and global teams.
