Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical applications support for the development and implementation of KLA reticle and photomask inspection systems.
- Conduct acceptance tests, customer training, recipe setup, project execution, alpha/beta testing, and related pre-sales activities.
- Assist marketing and Account Sales in assessing potential product applications to meet customer needs.
- Provide follow-up support by disseminating technical information on specific applications.
- Escalate field application issues to the product division and follow up until resolution is achieved.
- Work with customers and the division to improve the benefits of reticle inspectors.
- Generate BKM, project summary reports, customer use case summaries, and product value pitch information.
Requirements
- Master’s level degree in a technical field with 3-5 years of semiconductor industry experience, OR Doctorate (Academic) with 1-3 years of technical field experience.
- Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-driven and a strong team player.
- Required to travel to customer sites.
