- Driving productivity and sales analysis by providing critical data points promptly to Management team to facilitate decision making process, and present findings for call to action on initiatives.
- Consistently review, keep up-to-date, and formulate Balanced Scorecard Framework (BSC) to track and measure RMs and Appointment Holder's performance.
- Performance analysis and optimization using AI algorithms to identify trends, predict outcomes, and pinpoint areas for improvement in sales processes, strategies, and tactics.
- Assist the team in preparation for management review decks for Business Reviews and Strategy discussions.
- Advocate data-driven approach to drive business insights and support MIS & Sales management strategy.
- Using data to test, investigate, prove, and disprove any areas of concerns within the PBTPC business stakeholders on data hygiene in MIS dashboard, and to champion self-serve approach for Front Office user.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that enhance the client experience.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the bank's overall strategic initiatives.
- Utilise digital platform and data visualisation tools to present and breakdown complex insights for business leaders to facilitate decision-making process.
- Creation of custom dashboards and propose refinements to existing UI dashboards with key data points to enable Front Office to better understand their sales metrics and business models.
