Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and stakeholder requirements and translate them into system and cost implications
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to assess scalability, integration, and deployment strategies
- Prepare total cost of ownership (TCO) models
- Support bid and proposal teams with cost estimates and work package definitions
- Engage with customer to explain the efforts for solution costing
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to proposals (e.g., scope statements, input/output specs, interface specs, integration assumptions)
- Participate in technical review and validation activities as required
- Collaborate with internal team members/contractors to ensure timely delivery of technical work packages
- Oversee, execute and implement the awarded Variation Orders by managing the requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in systems engineering/analyst role
- Strong analytical and communication skills—able to translate between technical and business audiences
- Experience preparing cost or effort estimates for technical projects
- Experience with sub-contractors / vendors management, security projects, complex IT projects or government systems is a plus
- Exposure to systems engineering frameworks (e.g., INCOSE ASEP/CSEP) or government IT projects is a plus
