Key Responsibilities

  • Build a data‑led roadmap that translates campaign intent into conversion‑optimized experiences across www.cimb.com.sg and related web properties.
  • Connect web strategy to commercial outcomes (applications, lead quality, CAC, ROI), clarifying success metrics and decision rights.
  • Own the landing page roadmap for performance marketing campaigns, aligning with acquisition, customer acquisition cost, and ROI goals.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of digital experiments including A/B tests, personalization, and dynamic content to improve conversion efficiency and strengthen lead generation.
  • Introduce and manage AI tools to streamline workflows, speed up analysis, generate insights, and produce layout or page mock-ups to support faster iteration.
  • Define and track key metrics such as conversion rate, bounce rate, funnel progression, and lead quality to guide continuous optimisation efforts.
  • Partner with Paid Media to test ad-to-landing-page relevance, driving quality score improvements and customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency.
  • Lead and manage the QA process for all releases, ensuring every update meets standards for usability, responsiveness, tracking accuracy, browser compatibility, and visual consistency.
  • Ensure all department activities including web-based projects comply with PDPA, regulatory expectations, and internal governance processes, working closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance and IT Security where needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, UX Design, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in analytics (Adobe/GA4), experimentation/CRO, or UX are advantageous.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Web Strategy, Performance Marketing or Project Management leading web-based projects (launches, redesigns, feature development).
  • Advanced user of Adobe Analytics/GA4 to build reports, track funnels, and identify drop‑off points.
  • Hands‑on CMS experience (e.g., AEM) and tag management (e.g., Adobe Launch/GTM).
  • End‑to‑end experimentation: quantitative & qualitative research (heatmaps, session recordings, surveys), hypothesis generation, test setup, and statistical analysis.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript/jQuery for rapid prototyping and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and performance best practices; SEO‑aware UX writing and information architecture.
  • Self‑starter with strong ownership; thrives in fast‑paced, matrix environments.
