Key Responsibilities
- Assist the IQC Engineer in the qualification of new IQC tools.
- Provide support for IQC calibration and preventive maintenance, including raising purchase requisitions to equipment vendors.
- Address issues related to IQC equipment to ensure flawless operations.
- Develop and detail IQC procedures and establish operation and PM systems.
- Establish and uphold SAP QM, eCOA, and IQC SPC for incoming materials.
- Conduct First Article Inspection activities for new materials.
- Conduct incoming material inspections for quality control, encompassing a range of materials such as HBM materials.
Requirements
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Able to work on 12 hours shift (including night shift).
- Proven experience in quality control within an engineering environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Excellent documentation and procedural development skills.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse teams.
- Ambitious and diligent approach to uphold high standards of material quality.
- Ability to determine and successfully implement quality control protocols.
- Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence applications is a plus.
