Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, including marine class, regulatory requirements, piping, special items, and valve material specs.
- Review and analyze P&IDs and piping routines to ensure accuracy and compliance, preparing technical specifications and MTO reports.
- Evaluate vendor technical proposals and conduct Technical Bid Evaluations to support procurement decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in piping engineering or related activities.
