Key Responsibilities
- Maximize Plant availability and reliability by strictly following SOPs and meeting contract/NEA specifications.
- Coordinate with customer control rooms regarding water/wastewater flow and quality compliance.
- Enforce HSE protocols and manage all maintenance works within the Plant using PTW and physical inspections.
- Follow and enforce SOPs/SWPs during all plant operations.
- Perform first-line maintenance tasks, including comparing measurements and topping up chemicals for analyzers.
- Raise maintenance notifications via SAP upon observing equipment faults.
- Accurately fill out log sheets, shift reports, and daily operational reports.
- Carry out diligent mechanical routine duties and maintain plant housekeeping standards.
- Conduct timely and accurate plant sampling and measurement duties.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Water/Wastewater treatment processes is advantageous.
- Experience in plant operations related to Water/Wastewater treatment.
- Familiarity with Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) systems.
- Ability to maintain wastewater within specified ranges of flow rate, temperature, TOC loading, and COD loading.
- Ability to maintain water product within specified ranges of flow, temperature, pH, TSS, and conductivity/TDS.
- Strong commitment to safety and achieving zero off-spec discharge.
- Hardworking attitude with a willingness to learn and be trained.
- Good team player capable of delivering results under tight deadlines.
