Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the global compliance and ethics program.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate compliance, ethics, or related legal practice.
- In-depth knowledge of FCPA, UK Bribery Act, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
- Experience conducting internal investigations and managing compliance risk assessments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a global company or law firm with international clients.
- Certification in compliance (e.g., CCEP, CCEP-I) preferred.
- Experience with trade sanctions and export controls is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
