  • Strong knowledge of vacuum systems, plasma physics, and precision motion control.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, MATLAB, Python) and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Experience with FMEA, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and handle chemical/mechanical hazards safely.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of leading technical projects and driving results.
