- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering, preferably in HAMR or thin-film deposition.
- Strong knowledge of vacuum systems, plasma physics, and precision motion control.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, MATLAB, Python) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Experience with FMEA, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and handle chemical/mechanical hazards safely.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and driving results.
- Familiarity with equipment automation and SECS/GEM protocols is a plus.
- Willingness to support occasional off-shift or weekend work as needed.
