  • Background working with a global benefits broker or consulting firm (e.g., Mercer, Aon, Willis Towers Watson) or managing such relationships internally.
  • Experience in a global technology or high-growth, multinational environment.
  • Excellent organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to problem-solving.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
