Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's Level Degree with 6 years of related work experience OR Bachelor's Level Degree with 8 years of related work experience.
- Exceptional analytical thinking skills with demonstrated experience influencing management.
- Proven track record of building consensus and business partnerships.
- Background working with a global benefits broker or consulting firm (e.g., Mercer, Aon, Willis Towers Watson) or managing such relationships internally.
- Experience in a global technology or high-growth, multinational environment.
- Excellent organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to problem-solving.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
