Key Responsibilities
- Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking a Change Management to join our team.
- You are responsible to develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring smooth user adoption, and addressing potential resistance to change, while collaborating with stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives.
- Support clients in their transformation journeys through the design and implementation of effective change management strategy and plan to maximize adoption/usage while identify and address/minimize resistance.
- Work with the Training Lead in the creation of training programs and materials, ensuring users are properly educated on the new system.
Requirements
- Work with client to develop appropriate training approach and plan to ensure the effectiveness of training delivery. The ideal candidate should:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience and delivered at least 2-3 full end-to-end project implementation cycle (SAP and Technology implementation is preferred).
- Strong background in applying change management methodologies, with the ability to lead and manage large-scale change initiatives effectively.
- Possess critical thinking, strong listening skill, and strong problem-solving abilities to provide conclusions based on the data findings.
