Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology/ Biochemistry or related discipline or Diploma with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in microbiology laboratory testing or relevant experience
  • Knowledgeable of industry and governmental regulations affecting product quality
  • Practical experience in working in a fast-pace laboratory environment with tight datelines
  • Ability to lead and supervise a group of laboratory analysts to support production activities
  • Able to conduct effective laboratory investigations
  • Good leadership and problem-solving skill
  • Good communication and report writing skill
  • Applies research, information gathering and analytical skills to structured problems
  • Able to solve problems in a speedy and methodical manner with good follow-up on action items
