Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, consolidate and analyze Sales and P&L reports for SEA markets including Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore
- Conduct Pricing Analysis and Profitability Reviews including GMI reporting
- Perform end-to-end sales reporting and distributor inventory analysis and review
- Prepare monthly revenue accruals and submit distributor related claims to GBS for P&L booking
- Manage Balance Sheet Reconciliations and ensure integrity of assets and compliance with internal policies
- Validate and verify all Distributor claims regarding margins, forex, and inventory against contracts
- Leverage Power BI and Power Automate to streamline processes and publish reports for country level reviews
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to fulfill requests and maintain controls
- Provide ad hoc support and solutions to meet business initiatives and lead planning projects
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accountancy or related subjects
- Minimum 5-8 years of business controlling experience in a multinational environment
- Proven experience in FP&A is highly advantageous
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn and leverage digital tools including Power Automate and Power BI
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative attitude
