  • Lead technical teams to root-cause, and provide mitigation actions for any observations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver program goals.
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, able to prioritize, and balance multiple work streams to tight deadlines.
  • Strong and effective presentation, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with geographically distributed product engineering teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in leading medium to big teams.
  • 15yrs or more experience in the semiconductor industry and worked on NPI
  • Bachelor/Master in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines
