Key Responsibilities
- Handles full spectrum of payroll administration for entities (including CPF & tax submission)
- Prepares monthly headcount, payroll reconciliation report and other payroll related reports
- Co-ordinates with finance division on monthly treasury provision for payroll related activities and payroll reconciliation
- Ensures general ledger journal generation to finance division for completed payroll processing
- Processes & verifies statutory claims like NS leave and government paid leave
- Assists with queries from auditors for payroll related audit exercise
- Attends to employees' queries on salary matters
- Work closely, independently and proactively with consultants and bank officers for payroll related issues and system errors/upgrades & enhancements
- Maintains up to date archival of payroll records
- Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Background in HR operations will be advantageous
