Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead & develop overall strategic plans for one agency in growing recruitment, retention and manpower thru' new initiatives, incentives schemes, marketing and events.
  • Create platforms for Agency Leaders (ALs) and Financial Consultants (FCs) engagement with potential candidates for recruitment drive.
  • Monitor manpower trends through appropriate sales and manpower analyses and reports.
  • Updates all policies to be in line with company and/or industry changes to ensure that regulatory requirements are adhered to.
  • Organize and run projects in collaboration with the Recruitment Managers and agency leaders to continuously strengthen our recruitment value proposition.
  • Drive recruitment of quality FCs and FC productivity through identified key performance indicators, working closely with recruitment and business development teams to support recruitment efforts.
  • Plan, design and organize marketing communication, collaterals, and events to aid agency in recruiting effectively.
  • Drive & Provide data management and analytics support to the various stakeholders in the areas of manpower, recruitment, and new FC productivity, as well as develop dashboards for management reporting.
  • Manage and lead IAP (e-pass and s-pass) candidates and program.
  • Maintain partnership with vendors and ensure proper governance, processes and alignment to internal guidelines and standards.
