Key Responsibilities
- Apply frameworks for research security, export controls, and regulations to IME's research activities
- Monitor insider threats and safeguard classified research and research data
- Compile, review, and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRI) for regular reporting to the A*STAR ERM Office
- Prepare Risk Reports based on compiled Key Risk Indicators
- Plan and execute Business Continuity Management strategies
- Enforce institute governance regarding confidentiality, export control, and risk management
- Maintain staff awareness through training sessions, sharing sessions, and regular eDMs
- Perform ad hoc duties related to corporate service compliance as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Related certifications or a strong understanding of research administration and export compliance
- Familiarity with research security and export control regulations
- Ability to interpret and apply complex compliance frameworks to technical research areas
- Resourceful individual with active listening skills to gather information and anticipate next steps
