Key Responsibilities
- Drive efficiency improvement using Lean Manufacturing approach to identify waste and improve factory manufacturing process flow
- Drive improvement initiatives for Manufacturing Efficiency and Cost Performance through work method optimization, simulation & automation
- Develop Labor utilization standards for benchmarking
- Lead workflow optimization and labor resource deployment efforts to enable scalability
- Model and analyse different business requirements and propose cost effective solutions
- Tool up business cases and prepare proposals for management review
- Perform Benchmarking and Best Practice Sharing within Infineon Backend community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Preferably experience in the semiconductor industry
- Domain knowledge in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Highly analytical with desire to initiate improvements
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Project management experience
- Certified in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or possesses experience in applying DMAIC principles
