Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary IT focal point for all project-level IT matters.
- Provide daily IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access issues for project execution.
- Ensure IT systems support project execution, reporting, and project controls activities.
- Coordinate with company-level IT teams to ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and policies.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including issuance, movement, replacement, and return at the project level.
- Monitor and track all IT incidents, requests, and service issues via ticketing systems to closure.
- Support IT audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews related to project IT setups.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure and equipment for project operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of IT support experience, preferably in project-based environments (EPC, construction, infrastructure, oil & gas).
- Strong knowledge of IT support, hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Experience supporting project offices or site environments.
- Understanding of IT compliance, security, and corporate IT governance.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, analytics).
- Familiarity with IT service ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
