Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support end-to-end recruiting for Singapore and APAC-based roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for educational institutions and act as a liaison between the business and academic partners
  • Implement sourcing strategies to identify top talent, with a focus on diversity and inclusion
  • Coordinate onboarding, engagement activities, and performance feedback for interns

  • Develop and manage the brand ambassador program to enhance GF’s presence on campuses
  • Recruit, train, and engage student ambassadors to represent GF at events and on social media
  • Track program success and provide regular reporting
  • Represent GF at career fairs, networking events, and campus activities in Singapore and the region
  • Create and share engaging content for recruitment campaigns and social media

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years in Recruiting, Human Resources, Program Management, Marketing, or related area
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or ability to quickly adapt to new platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Prior internship experience in HR, recruiting, or program management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
