Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support end-to-end recruiting for Singapore and APAC-based roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for educational institutions and act as a liaison between the business and academic partners
- Implement sourcing strategies to identify top talent, with a focus on diversity and inclusion
- Coordinate onboarding, engagement activities, and performance feedback for interns
- Partner with business leaders to identify internship opportunities and conversion strategies
- Develop and manage the brand ambassador program to enhance GF’s presence on campuses
- Recruit, train, and engage student ambassadors to represent GF at events and on social media
- Track program success and provide regular reporting
- Represent GF at career fairs, networking events, and campus activities in Singapore and the region
- Create and share engaging content for recruitment campaigns and social media
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in Recruiting, Human Resources, Program Management, Marketing, or related area
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or ability to quickly adapt to new platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Prior internship experience in HR, recruiting, or program management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership experience in academic or professional settings
- Project management skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
