Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new product launches to increase recurring income and drive new revenue streams.
  • Lead day-to-day bullion purchases, ensuring proper hedging and reconciliation of all transactions.

  • Own the Lion Bullion Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure targets are consistently achieved.

  • Oversee system implementation, integration, data migration, and testing for trading and settlement platforms.
  • Ensure all product launches comply with relevant regulations and maintain robust governance structures.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of physical deliveries, vault operations, logistics, settlement, and documentation.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, delivering market insights and client presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or a banking-related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with precious metals or bullion management preferred.
  • Proven experience leading and successfully delivering large-scale Bullion product launches.
  • Strong understanding of bullion trading, settlement processes, and market microstructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risk, including overseeing hedging strategies and inventory exposure limits.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with commercial acumen to operate in fast-moving markets.
