Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper follow-through on equipment packages from pre-PO phase until completion as per contractual and project requirements
- Coordinate with Package Buyer to conclude the Contract/PO with Package Vendor
- Monitor and coordinate with Vendor for contractual obligations and deliverables
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for meetings, technical clarification/discussion, and inspections
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding ITP, Testing, and Commissioning Procedures
- Prepare, update, and timely submit weekly/monthly reports, including the procurement map
- Coordinate and support Package Buyer and Costing Officer to manage Vendor variation/claim
- Monitor and track vendor payment milestones and ensure vendors meet requirements for each milestone
- Coordinate with stakeholders for inspection, testing, and closing out all inspection reports
- Coordinate site visits (local and overseas) with Owner’s Representative, 3rd Party Inspector, Project Team, and Vendor for inspection and testing
- Coordinate with Vendor and Expediting Lead regarding delivery, expediting, receiving, joint inspection, warehousing, and preservation requirements
- Coordinate with Vendor for the spare parts list and commissioning spares
- Coordinate with Project Team and Vendor for site support during installation, testing, and commissioning
- Coordinate with Vendor for the timely submission of final vendor data books and documentation
- Coordinate with Package Buyer and Vendor regarding any guarantee/warranty matters
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any engineering disciplines
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
