Key Responsibilities
- The intern will be responsible in the following:
- 1)Compiling and analysing portfolio related metrices, conduct financial and valuation modelling to support decision making

- 3)Participate in the implementation of asset management initiatives and asset performance monitoring to identify areas of improvement
Requirements
- 1) We are looking for an energetic and driven candidate with a strong interest in real estate investment;
- 2) 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate studying towards a degree in accountancy, finance, economics, real estate or another related subject. Master students can also apply;
- 3) Keen interest in the real estate investment field and willing to learn;
- 4) Team player;
