Key Responsibilities
- Gather, review, transform, and compile data changes from various sources for the outsourced payroll vendor.
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely processing of new hires, transfers, terminations, overtime, and compensation changes.

- Perform staff cost recharging and accruals.
- Maintain payroll records in line with corporate and statutory requirements.
- Serve as the point of contact for payroll queries from employees, stakeholders, auditors, and local authorities.
- Identify process gaps, propose solutions, and coordinate payroll process enhancements.
