Key Responsibilities

  • Configure MES for workflows, work instructions, WIP steps, non-conformance handling, data collection, and routing changes
  • Validate MES-SAP data flows including order creation, BOM download, routing synchronization, material consumption, and confirmations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MES-SAP mismatches such as serialization, order alignment, and quality record synchronization
  • Execute change requests, enhancements, regression testing, UAT, and documentation for manufacturing projects
  • Support rollout of strategic initiatives including digital instructions, production scheduling, serialization alignment, and Connected Worker capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3–7 years of IT experience, including 2–3 years in Manufacturing IT
  • Hands-on experience configuring or supporting MES applications
  • Functional understanding of SAP PP and basic exposure to SAP QM/EWM
  • Ability to analyze issues, interpret logs, and debug integration flows
