Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science-related discipline
- 8+ years of technical project/program management experience in semiconductor or high-tech R&D environments
- Strong understanding of R&D processes and product development lifecycle
- Experience in matrixed organizations, strategic operations, and project management
- Experience in structuring and negotiating partnership deals, familiarity with legal contracts (NDAs, research collaboration agreements, MOUs)
- Experience working across time zones in multi-functional global teams
