Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document user requirements/user stories through deep dive sessions with end users.

- Provide user acceptance and/or system integration testing strategy and test cases.
- Assist clients in UAT/SIT execution and highlight defects for resolution before production rollout.
- Support project management activities including status updates, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Engage in pre-sales/RFP processes and act as a trusted advisor post-sale.
Requirements
- Familiarity with the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to interact with cross-functional support teams (Finance, Risk, Operations, Compliance).
- Experience in the Financial Services domain is essential.
- Proven ability to bridge business needs with technical implementation details.
- Strong documentation skills for requirements gathering and specification writing.
