Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair maintenance issues on furnaces, plant equipment, instruments, microprocessors, and measuring facilities.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, fabrication, and calibration of plant equipment and support facilities.
- Maintain various systems including Heaters, Insulation, Sensors, Control Panels, Vacuum Pumps, Cooling Towers, and Water Systems.
- Develop and maintain calibration systems to effectively control the performance of various instruments and controllers.
- Work independently using prints, sketches, technical literature, and instructions to complete assignments.
- Adhere strictly to all applicable EHS rules and regulations while performing maintenance tasks in hazardous environments.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher NITEC/NTC2 in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or mechatronics with 2 years’ relevant experience or equivalent.
- Alternatively, ITC or Diploma in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or mechatronics.
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing operation sheets and standard operation procedures in English.
- Proven ability to work independently from technical documentation.
- Commitment to maintaining high EHS compliance in all working conditions.
