Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years' experience in B2B marketing or communications, ideally within a regional or matrixed organisation.
  • Strong campaign leadership, execution, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Data-literate, with hands-on experience using CRM, CMS, and performance dashboards.
  • Comfortable balancing global frameworks with local market nuance.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and people leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and copywriting abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software systems (e.g. EDM system, online publishing tools).
