Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication and performance reviews with air, ocean, cross-border trucking, and local delivery service providers.
- Assist in service level reviews and drive improvement projects with service providers.

- Improve last-mile delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction through end-to-end process review and lead time measurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (SCM, Business).
- Must have MS Office proficiency.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and/or distribution logistics is desirable.
