Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site construction work and liaise with consultants, vendors, contractors, and customers.
- Prepare technical documentation including presentation slides, MSRA, micro schedules, look-ahead plans, and daily/monthly reports during construction, testing & commissioning.
- Oversee, manage, monitor, and control site activities of subcontractors and coordinate with partners' subcontractors.
- Conduct construction and QAQC inspections/testing for the assigned area of responsibility.
- Attend all relevant WSH activities such as site walks, toolbox meetings (TBM), and audits.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders regarding assigned construction activities.
- Manage equipment packages (when needed) and ensure technical compliance from suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinate on-site logistics, interfacing with cranes and machinery.
- Chair or lead subcontractor meetings and attend stakeholder/client meetings as required.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate or minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in design or construction.
- Possession of a Singapore Driving License (or willingness to convert current license).
- Willingness to work on shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays with leave-in-lieu arrangement.
- Must have a correct working attitude and be willing to work full-time on site in Tuas.
- This is a 2 years contract role.
