Key Responsibilities
- Shape the change vision and define the strategy for people and HR transformation enabled by AI.
- Lead the design of change initiatives, including capabilities, structures, tools, and support models to drive adoption.
- Monitor and measure change progress using data, insights, and change analytics, adjusting plans as needed.
- Partner with HR, business, and technology teams to ensure alignment of people, process, and AI-adoption activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback loops and best-practice sharing.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in change management and journey management, guiding team decisions.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Change Management, including change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning.
- Strong experience in people transformation or HR transformation programs.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled HR processes, new digital ways of working, or technology adoption programs.
- Advanced proficiency in Journey Management, Organizational Strategy, and Change Analytics.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience providing direction to teams and delivering solutions that span multiple workstreams.
