Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the change vision and define the strategy for people and HR transformation enabled by AI.
  • Lead the design of change initiatives, including capabilities, structures, tools, and support models to drive adoption.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of AI-enabled HR processes, new digital ways of working, or technology adoption programs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Journey Management, Organizational Strategy, and Change Analytics.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience providing direction to teams and delivering solutions that span multiple workstreams.
