Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM data migration activities, from strategy and design through execution and validation
- Define data migration approach, scope, timelines, and dependencies across Oracle HCM modules
- Manage data extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and validation processes
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align data requirements with business needs
- Oversee mock conversions and support final data loads for go-live readiness
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, risks, and dependencies proactively
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to project leadership and stakeholders
- Support post-go-live data stabilization and defect resolution activities
Requirements
- Experience in Oracle HCM data migration
- Ability to manage end-to-end migration lifecycle
- Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical and functional teams
- Experience ensuring data integrity and quality in large-scale implementations
