Key Responsibilities
- Manage project work or selected work streams within the DRC/RR&C service line.
- Supervise project teams across strategy, governance, process excellence, integration, regulatory reform, performance insights, and execution.
- Assist clients through the full lifecycle of project implementation, business process redesign, communication, and training.
- Collaborate with client units (Compliance, Risk Management, IT, Audit, Legal, etc.) to understand corporate risk processes.
- Identify, define, and document complex business specifications for risk platforms and procedures.
- Maintain contact with client management and assume leadership roles in pursuit teams for business development.
- Lead or assist in developing new intellectual capital, conducting research, and supporting marketing collateral.
Requirements
- Experience within a consulting and/or banking firm is essential.
- Relevant work experience ranging from 3-7 years (Consultants) to 15+ years for senior roles.
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Risk Management, including risk governance and operating models.
- Proven track record in project delivery and change management.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- People management skills expected for Manager level roles.
