- Conduct RF test and characterization activities
- Set up and operate test equipment including probers, semiconductor device analyzers, and network analyzers
- Perform on-wafer measurements for RF device evaluation
Requirements
- Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience for Degree/Masters holders
- RF test and characterization experience
- Knowledge of semiconductor device physics
- Knowledge of RF fundamentals (S-parameters, Harmonics, Noise Figure)
