Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand diagnostic and AI yield analysis tools and methods for electrical fault isolation and yield improvement.
- Support diagnostic fault isolation of key failure modes from production tests to improve yield and quality.
- Manage foundry interactions, driving yield engineering activities and quality initiatives with supplier partners to meet best-in-class requirements.
- Create and verify debug and analysis tools, including verifying memory bit mapping.
- Develop scripting to post-process production test logs and generate debug test patterns for silicon-level debug.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in semiconductor yield analysis and process engineering.
- Ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve yield issues at various levels.
- BS or MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
